DIVAS OF JOY - Joy Division VS Nancy Sinatra Remix

Joy Division - The Factory Manchester 13 July 1979

Confusion in her eyes that says it all.
She's lost control.
And she's clinging to the nearest passer by,
She's lost control.
And she gave away the secrets of her past,
And said i've lost control again,
And a voice that told her when and where to act,
She said i've lost control again.
And she turned around and took me by the hand and said,
I've lost control again.
And how i'll never know just why or understand,
She said i've lost control again.
And she screamed out kicking on her side and said,
I've lost control again.
And seized up on the floor, i thought she'd die.
She said i've lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
Well i had to 'phone her friend to state my case,
And say she's lost control again.
And she showed up all the errors and mistakes,
And said i've lost control again.
But she expressed herself in many different ways,
Until she lost control again.
And walked upon the edge of no escape,
And laughed i've lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
I could live a little better with the myths and the lies,
When the darkness broke in, i just broke down and cried.
I could live a little in a wider line,
When the change is gone, when the urge is gone,
To lose control. when here we come.

Nancy Sinatra - Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)

I was five and he was six
We rode on horses made of sticks
He wore black and I wore white
He would always win the fight

Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down.

Seasons came and changed the time
When I grew up, I called him mine
He would always laugh and say
"Remember when we used to play?"

Bang bang, I shot you down
Bang bang, you hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, I used to shoot you down.

Music played, and people sang
Just for me, the church bells rang.

Now he's gone, I don't know why
And till this day, sometimes I cry
He didn't even say goodbye
He didn't take the time to lie.

Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down...
